The shared ride was a little crowded, maybe because everyone needed to go somewhere at the same time or something. Still, the driver was friendly, and we got there on time, so I guess I can’t really complain too much.

I had to cancel my ride at the last minute, and while the process wasn’t exactly difficult, it did take more back and forth with support than I expected. I kind of felt passed around a bit and wasn’t really sure at first if the cancellation had actually gone through. The refund showed up after a few days, so that part was fine, but I wish the cancellation and refund details were clearer from the start.

The ride itself was totally fine, but I noticed my card was charged a little differently than the original quote. To be fair, support did fix it after I emailed them, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Just kind of annoying that I had to double-check the bill afterward.

The driver was mostly on time, so I want to be fair about that. But after a long flight, I still ended up waiting longer than I expected at pickup, which was a bit annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

The car seats were already ready when they picked us up, and the driver was friendly without making us feel like our bags or kid stuff were a hassle.
Both pickups were right on time, and the van felt clean and comfortable. For me, anything that makes traveling with little ones feel less chaotic is worth it, and this definitely did. I’d happily use them again

I used Mears Transportation last week and, the vehicle was really clean inside. Like, the seats looked fresh, there were no weird smells, and everything just felt well taken care of. It made the ride way more comfortable. The driver was nice too, so yeah... I’d definitely use them again.

I didn’t expect much, but they found my bag and got it back to me, which was such a relief. My phone was in there too, along with random stuff like my charger, keys, wallet, receipts, lip balm, and basically half my life, so I was stressed. Big thanks to them for helping me out!
